Hey, my name is Ben and I am a rising junior from West Windsor, NJ, majoring in chemistry and pursuing a certificate in teacher preparation. Since my freshman year, I have been a part of Princeton EWB's Sierra Leone team, specializing in the technical aspects of the project. Currently, I serve as one of the team's two project managers and I will be one of the four students who will be traveling to Sierra Leone on our official assessment trip. As someone who has rarely traveled outside the country, I cannot wait for the opportunity to make new friends and for all of the new experiences that await me.
Outside of EWB, I’m involved in the Princeton University Chemical Society, the archery team and I volunteer every week at Princeton Medical Center. I also love to ski and during the winter you can often find me trying to avoid wipe-outs during ski races (with varying degrees of success). In the near future, I hope to go to medical school and become an emergency department physician.
